       Easter Incense Sticks feature the pure, deep aroma of resinous frankincense — a modern revival of an ancient Ukrainian Easter tradition of home fumigation.        When Christianity came to Kyivan Rus in the 10th century, frankincense arrived alongside Byzantine church traditions. Known in churches as fimiam, its fragrant smoke symbolized prayers rising to heaven. Over time, frankincense became part of Ukrainian Easter customs. In many regions, it was blessed together with Easter baskets and later used to fumigate the home before the festive meal, cleansing the space and bringing blessings to the family.
